Vidzeme University College looks forward to this event in August and encourages students interested in journalism, media, public relations, multimedia and other related disciplines, as well as interested and motivated students from other disciplines to apply. The application deadline will be May 1 for students applying for a scholarship and June 30 for all other students.

The summer school this year will discuss the issues of communication and new media. Lecturers from the Baltics, Europe and the United States will speak about various aspects of changes to the process of communication in the era of on-line media.
